What is a scratcher and why are they dangerous? A scratcher is a person who engages in the art and business of tattooing without the proper credentials, licensing and training. This creates a bad environment in which to practice the art. Unsafe, unsanitary conditions, lack of insurance and poor training are a few of the results of such a practice. We are here to raise awareness and education of proper tattoo practice and make it really really hard for anyone to do business without taking all of the proper steps of a legal tattoo establishment. We are also here to educate you on proper tattoo aftercare and how to choose the type of art that you want, find a great shop and the right artist for you.
